Mental Health Support Groups Program Sign-Up

Mental Health Support Groups Program will launch in July 2022. The purpose is to provide social emotional learning support and mental health resources to individuals who live in Pulaski County, Arkansas. Our mental health partners will share behavioral and mental health resources in a safe, non-judgmental setting. The groups will meet biweekly for 11 sessions.

Group 1 - Moms (17+) will meet on Wednesdays at 6 pm (open to 15 people)
Group 2 - Men (18+) will meet on Wednesdays at 7 pm (open to 15 ppl)
Group 3 - Women (26+) will meet on Thursdays at 7 pm (open to 10 ppl) - FULL, NO LONGER ACCEPTING REGISTRATION!
Group 4 - Women (18+) will meet on Mondays at 6:30 pm (open to 10 ppl)
Group 5 - Co-Ed Youth (13-17) will meet on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm (open to 8 ppl)
Group 6 - Co-Ed Youth (8-12) will meet on Wednesdays at 4 pm (open to 10 ppl)
Group 7 - Co-Ed Youth (13-17) will meet on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm (open to 10 ppl)
Group 8 - Men (18-25) will meet on Tuesdays at 6 pm in person (open to 8 ppl)
Groups 1 through 7 will meet virtually via Zoom. Group 8 will meet in person.
*THIS PROGRAM IS OPEN TO PULASKI COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY!
